Go to Admin > Settings > Ingredient Settings > Edit an Ingredient Type > Ratio
Then Edit any Ingredient Type and click on “Ratio”
If the Ingredient Type requires the ingredients to have a Ratio, turn this setting to On.
You can then set a default Ratio, which will be automatically applied to any new ingredient added using this ingredient type.
