The Orders area allows you to view, edit and process orders. Go to Admin > Orders The Order List shows you every order that has been submitted in your dispensary. After an order is placed by any user, it shows up immediately in your order list. Process Orders - Labels

For each order you can print the label for a custom formula. You can either print one label at a time or you can bulk print many labels at once. Steps to Print One Label Go to Admin > Orders and view an order. Then click on the fulfillment tab. Click on Print Label button and the label will generate in pdf. Process Orders - Infosheets

Print a Single Infosheet For each formula you can print an infosheet which is located on the fulfillment tab above each formula. You must have an infosheet template created for the infosheet to be created. Click on Print Infosheet Button and the infosheet will be generated. If you have more than one infosheet and do not want to use the default infosheet, click on the drop down arrow and select the infosheet you want to use. Process Orders - Modify Order

We designed the system to pre-authorize credit cards, which means you can make changes to any part of the order, and the price and invoice will update before we capture the final payment. You cannot pre-authorize Square, Cash or Credit Payments, only Credit Card Processors which support this function. Square does not support Pre-Authorizations. What can you Modify? Process Orders - Cancelling an Order

Practitioners are able to cancel an order up until any item in the order is fulfilled. Practitioners can do this in their account, by locating the order in Order History and choosing cancel from the Action List next to the order. This option disappears once fulfillment begins (not finished). The admin can cancel an order by changing the status to “Cancelled.” This will trigger an email to the practitioner notifying them that the order was cancelled. On the details page, you can change the status of the order to ‘Completed’ or another status. The order will be moved to the completed tab. Once the order is marked as complete, any markup amounts that are due to be paid to the practitioner are released. The shipping details section in an order lets you view and modify shipping details. Ship To/Pickup: You view & change the recipient of the package, either the Patient, Practitioner or a pickup.
